Management of the electromechanical designs, on site management and commissioning of all services installations associated with the Madrid Xanadú Retail and Leisure Centre Madrid Spain.

The largest centre in Spain provides 167.000 m² of retail and leisure area, including 222 retail units that include El Corte Ingles, Cinesa, Karting, an indoor ski slope, together with 45 Restaurants located within a food court and external 10.000 parking places.
