Due Diligence, Construction and Cost Management of the construction of a Solid Oral Dosing – Pharmaceutical Production and Distribution Centre in Algiers. 7.000 m² of New build Project, including Laboratory, offices and Factory. Technical Due diligence of site with environmental and topographical surveys to evaluate the land quality prior the construction of the new Solid Oral dosing pharmaceutical site. Following due diligence design monitoring, the Construction and Contract Management together with Cost Control of the Project was provided.
