Project and Cost Management of the Owens Corning OCV – Structural Glass Fibre Factory Demolition

Project and Cost management of the demolition Works of Owens Corning former structural fibre glass production facility located at km 34.5 of the Carretera II in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid, Spain).

The delivery of the project on a site which covers some hectares presented many challenges.  These ranged from ground contamination, the presence of deleterious materials to unstable towers and site boundary security.

Status: In progress due for completion May 20^th 2016
