Office Building – Santa Leonor, 32
With a view to purchase and occupy the client needed a technical due diligence inspection of a 10,000m2, 7-floor office development with basement parking development in Madrid. As part of the reporting, in addition to the technical aspects we prepared a CAPEX cost estimation over a 10-year projection and Costs projection for the prospective purchaser.
The inspection and reporting was carried out in March and April of 2015.
