JOHNATHAN HART

C. Eng MIEE – “Non-Executive Director”

From April 2015 Johnathan is one of the Directors and founders of VM&TS, being the Director of Building Services, managing projects and clients in an international environmental and becoming a “Non-Executive Director” from June 2017.

Some of the latest projects managed by Johnathan are:

·        Project Management of several Projects for a pharmatheutical company. Most important are a new building construction of the Laboratory, offices and factory in Dunkirk (France), a 15.000 m² new build project construction of the Laboratory, offices and factory in Algiers (Algeria) and both Design and Construction phases of several offices projects in Chennai and Bangalore (India) – 50.000 m² executed

·        Feasibility study, concept design and CapEx for the complete refurbishment of the offices buildings NEO and LLAC in Barcelona

·        TDDs of different assets for international clients, such as PwC, JLL y Currie&Brown

DIEGO SÁNCHEZ

IEng ACIBSE – Building Services Engineering Director

Since January 2017, Diego is the MEP building services Director for VM&TS, managing projects and clients in an international environment, developing several design and construction projects for foreign and Spanish corporate clients, as well as carrying out several Technical Due Diligence of Real estate assets for PwC, JLL and Currie&Brown, among other: Project Management both Design and Construction phases of an offices projects in Bangalore and Chennai (India) for a pharmaceutical company, Portfolio of hospitals around Spain, Portfolio of nursing houses around Spain and Business Park Adequa in Madrid

BÁRBARA AMIÁN

Operations director

With more than 20 years of experience in the sector, from 2015 Bárbara is one of the founders of VM&TS and Operations Director of the Company. Within the construction Project Management she is in charge of the Contract Management, Procurement Management, cost control and reporting to the client and always in contact with international clients. It is remarkable her experience in cost control and contract management of construction projects carried out for  foreign investors in Spain, as well as projects overseas (India, Algeria, Morocco, Ghana, Kenya and Peru.)
