60.000 m² Portfolio – Inmoseguros

The prospective purchaser needed a CAPEX forecast assessment to be carried out in 16 assets of a property portfolio located throughout Spain with a total built area of approximately 60.000 m².

Due to the constraints imposed by the negotiation speed was of the essence and we formed 4 autonomous teams of our personnel, each of which included Architects and Engineers, and surveyed all properties and provided the detailed CAPEX forecast within 3 weeks of instruction in January of 2016
