Project and contract management related to the delivery of a 12,000m² mission-critical call centre and general office provision in Chennai, India. Whilst integrated into the corporate pharmaceutical client’s management structure, VM&TS provides an autonomous team of architects, engineers and legal personnel to lead and direct the local professional teams from technical due diligence to commissioning and handover.
