Project management related to the delivery of a 2,500m² call centre office provision in Chennai, India.  Whilst integrated into the corporate pharmaceutical client’s management structure, VM&TS provided an autonomous team of architectural and engineering personnel to lead and direct the local professional teams from technical due diligence to commissioning and handover.
