University Complex in Surman

Construction Management of the University Complex in Surman (Libya) 2008 – 2011

From setting up a branch company in Libya, through negotiation with local administration and international consultants such as Hill International, Jacobs and BDP to construction of site camp with a capacity of 500 + workers, warehouses, setting up concrete batching plants, soil replacement and structure works.

After a 3 year project in the country, it was stopped due to the unrest occurred in 2011 in the region.
